Job description

Responsibilities

• Prepare drinks and desserts for customers, ensuring adherence to standard procedures and quality control.
• Measure ingredients accurately and follow specified brewing times and methods to maintain the quality of menu items.
• Track ingredient expiry dates and manage their use to minimize waste.
• Oversee ingredient inventory, requesting stock purchases as needed to maintain adequate supplies.
• Keep and clean the bar station throughout service and after business hours.
• Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) set by KKM and Halal standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations and maintaining high levels of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
• Working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to communicate in Malay and English, or Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact with people at all levels.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including OT, weekends, and holidays.
