KPMG is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will focus on Pillar 2 Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) compliance and implementation. This role requires a deep understanding of International Tax regulations, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of Pillar 2 and CbCR reporting requirements across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain tax compliance processes, policies, and methodologies to ensure adherence to international tax regulations.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including finance, legal, and IT, to gather and analyze tax data.
  • Provide guidance and support to local tax and finance teams on Pillar 2 and CbCR compliance.
  • Monitor and manage project progress, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for tax process automation and implement solutions to streamline tax reporting.
  • Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes related to Pillar 2 and CbCR.
Requirements
