Job summary

A professional services firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a motivated Senior Associate to assist with tax return preparation and compliance for corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have a recognized degree in Accounting or an equivalent qualification, paired with at least two years of relevant experience. You should possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills, be a team player, and guide and motivate team members. Opportunities are also available in BDO offices across KL, JB, and PNG.

Qualifications

• A recognized degree in Accounting or equivalent with at least a second class upper classification.
• At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in a professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of tax returns for corporate clients.
• Ensure compliance with Internal Revenue Board tax regulation.
• Assist with transfer pricing planning and risk management.
• Conduct functional analysis interviews for transfer pricing documentation.
