About the Role

Responsible for sourcing talent across multiple channels and overseeing the onboarding process for new hires, with a strong focus on ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.

Talent Sourcing

• Support recruiters to source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., job boards, social media, and professional networks)
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates according to role requirements
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' experience, and cultural fit

Talent Onboarding

• Act as bridge between hiring manager, new hire, recruiter, IT and facilities team for pre-onboarding process, to ensure all required onboarding preparation is completed timely for a pleasant onboarding experience.
• Conduct Day 1 onboarding session in guiding new hires completing required tasks.
• Maintain and audit recruitment data accuracy input by recruiters, for compliance purpose
• Manage recruitment invoice payment and third party vendor management system
• Develop and maintain working relationships with HR Business Partners, Senior Recruiters and Hiring Managers to provide assistance with recruiting needs.
