The Talent Management Manager supports the execution of structured talent management programs within a healthcare organization. This role focuses on performance management, employee development, succession planning, and engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, workforce regulations, and applicable healthcare accreditation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage performance management and talent review cycles
- Coordinate succession planning and high-potential identification processes
- Partner with Country Head or Management to assess development needs
- Support learning and development programs aligned with healthcare workforce requirements
- Track and analyze talent data to support decision-making and reporting
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Ensure talent management practices comply with applicable labor laws, internal policies, and healthcare accreditation requirements
- Provide guidance to managers on performance feedback, development planning, and documentation
- Contribute to workforce planning and DEI initiatives
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) / Success Metrics
- On-time completion rate of performance and talent review cycles
- Improvement in employee engagement survey scores year-over-year
- Reduction in regretted attrition for identified key talent roles
- Percentage of critical roles with identified successors
- Participation and completion rates for development and learning programs
- Manager satisfaction scores related to talent management support
- Accuracy and compliance of talent data and documentation
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 4–6 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in talent management, performance management, or learning & development
- Experience in healthcare or other regulated environments preferred
- Working knowledge of HRIS, learning management systems, and performance platforms
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
- Understanding of healthcare workforce dynamics and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a structured, deadline-driven environment
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to applicable local labor laws, employment regulations, and internal HR policies
- Support alignment with relevant healthcare accreditation, quality, and governance standards
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation in line with regulatory expectations
