Job summary

A leading organization in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Executive/Specialist for Talent Management. The successful candidate will coordinate learning programs, assist with HRIS administration, and support employee engagement initiatives. With a bachelor's degree in HR or related fields and 4–5 years of relevant experience, you will play a vital role in furthering talent development and engagement across the organization. Proficient communication skills in English are essential, and knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of relevant HR experience with exposure to learning & development.
• Experience supporting large organizations with over 1,000 employees.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination of learning and development programmes.
• Liaise with trainers and training providers to ensure quality delivery.
• Track and monitor progress of Individual Development Plans.
