HOW WOULD YOU ACHIEVE THIS?

You will need to:

  • Instructional Design & Content Development
    • Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create engaging, outcome-focused learning programs using instructional-design best practices (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy etc).
    • Create engaging learning assets
      • E-learning modules and microlearning nuggets.
      • Scenario-based simulations for software delivery and client engagement.
      • Bite-sized videos, infographics, quick-read articles, and job aids.
  • Support succession-planning activities and career-path frameworks that drive retention and internal mobility.
  • Contribute to leadership-pipeline initiatives and talent-mapping exercises using performance–potential matrices.
  • Empowering Performance through Measurement
    • Define and track key learning metrics (completion rates, learner satisfaction, skill proficiency, ROI).
    • Analyse data to enhance programs and demonstrate measurable business impact.
    • Present regular reports and insights to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Trailblazing the Onboarding Journey
    • Co-champion and refine our NewHOPe (New Hire Orientation Programme) to ensure a seamless, “customer first” induction experience.
    • Manage end-to-end onboarding logistics and collect feedback to shorten time-to-productivity.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR?

You are someone who:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Instructional Design, Education, Psychology, Business, IT, or related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in talent development, learning & development, or instructional design, ideally in a software development industry.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Strong project-management experience: planning, scheduling, prioritising, and delivering on time without compromising quality.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise learning materials and to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills—verbal and written.
  • Highly adaptable, creative, and organised; thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in graphic/video editing (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) preferred.
