Job description

To manage the organization's talent intelligence and people analytics strategy. This role is responsible for providing data-driven insights across the entire employee lifecycle—including talent acquisition, development, engagement, and retention—to inform strategic People & Culture decisions and measure departmental impact.

1. People Analytics & Reporting
  • Develop and maintain the Talent Intelligence Dashboard and other analytics tools to monitor key HR metrics (e.g., engagement, turnover, retention, internal mobility).
  • Generate quarterly and ad-hoc reports on talent trends, readiness, and organizational health for Head of Departments and the C-Suite.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis to diagnose issues and identify opportunities for improving people processes and programs.
2. Talent Management Support
  • Manage the employee profiling process and utilize data to support talent review, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Provide analytical support for performance management, including the integration and tracking of cultural and behavioural KPIs.
  • Analyze data from exit interviews and employee surveys to identify actionable insights for improving retention and engagement.
3. Systems & Data Integrity
  • Act as a super-user for HR systems (HRIS, LMS), ensuring data integrity and optimizing reporting capabilities.
  • Support the integration of new People & Culture platforms and tools, ensuring they meet data and reporting requirements.
4. Other Matters
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the Head of People & Culture.
