What You'll Do
  • 🎯 Integral role part of Singapore desk team for fulfilling the staffing needs of clients based in Singapore.
  • 📊 Utilizing various channels to source suitable candidates for Consultants’ job orders, including headhunting, database search, job advertisement posting on online media, referrals, etc.
  • 🤝 Cold and warm calls to candidates for phone screening to select the right candidates for the position. Match the most suitable candidates to the available positions.
  • 🔍 Assist in coordinating interview schedules and any other assistance as may be required in closing positions such as reference checking, etc.
  • 📝 Get feedback and outcomes from Consultants on presented candidates. Keep all candidates informed on the outcome.
  • 📈 Ensure stringent compliance to organization’s procedure and policies.
What We’re Looking For
  • ✅ Possess bachelor's degree in any field.
  • ✅ Have HR internship or 1-2 years of relevant working experience (added advantage).
  • ✅ Strong passion for sales and recruitment.
  • ✅ Must have excellent organizing, time management, communication, and people skills.
