Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle, multicultural recruitment for mid-to-senior corporate and technical roles across multiple functions
- Build strong talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs
- Deliver a top-class candidate and stakeholder experience at every stage of the hiring process
- Provide data-driven practices that empower hiring teams to make smarter, faster decisions
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to keep talent acquisition strategies competitive
- Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Champion employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives to attract top talent
- Manage recruitment agencies and external partnerships to ensure alignment with hiring goals and standards
- Oversee contract creation, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive team member experience
- Handle other HR-related tasks as assigned from time to time
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience handling both corporate and technical roles across diverse functions
- Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social media sourcing
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels
- Proven ability in employer branding and sourcing passive candidates effectively
- Familiarity with or eagerness to learn AI recruitment tools to enhance efficiency
- Ability to manage candidate databases and track key recruitment metrics for process improvement
- Work ethic that drives high performance
