Tasks

Your Commitment will include

  • Sourcing and Candidate Identification: Utilize various channels to source and identify top talent, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Candidate Screening and Evaluation: Conduct initial screenings, evaluate qualifications, and ensure alignment with role requirements. Coordinate and facilitate interviews.
  • Candidate Experience: Champion a seamless, high‑touch candidate journey from application through onboarding.
  • Employer Branding: Drive initiatives to strengthen our employer brand and attract top talent through compelling narratives and outreach.
  • Recruitment Operations: Actively contribute to recruiting efforts, working closely with Business Managers to identify talent needs and ensure top‑quality hires.
  • People Operations: Support and coach in core HR functions.
  • Organisational Development: Foster a culture of continuous feedback and learning, and support leadership development initiatives.
  • Data & Systems: Maintain HR systems and reporting, ensuring data quality, insights, and compliance with HR metrics and KPIs.
Requirements

Achieving the difference requires

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in IT.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
