Job summary

A recruitment agency in Johor Bahru is looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment process. The candidate will support candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination with employers while maintaining relationships with overseas agents. A diploma in any relevant field and strong communication skills in Mandarin and English are required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and training will be provided to excel in this role.

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of working experience in recruitment, HR, or related fields (fresh graduates welcome, training provided).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.

  • Assist in resume screening and candidate shortlisting.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling and assessments.

We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Johor Bahru team. In this role, you will support and manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination with employers and overseas agents. You will play a vital role in ensuring an efficient hiring process while achieving business growth in the international manpower industry.

Assist in resume screening and candidate shortlisting

Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling and assessments

Work closely with Singapore HQ and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements

Develop and maintain relationships with overseas manpower agents (Indonesia, China, Myanmar, Philippines, etc.)

Provide excellent service and communication to candidates and clients

Apply sales and marketing skills to attract suitable candidates and expand agent networks

Collaborate with team members to achieve recruitment targets

Exhibit leadership qualities in driving recruitment initiatives

Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve recruitment challenges

Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports using Microsoft Office tools

Diploma or higher in any field (HR/Business/Management preferred)
