Coordinates and administers a variety of programs and activities across multiple HR areas for a small sized/junior employee population. Works in a fairly clear and defined internal environment of low complexity and is involved in common tactical local HR issues and processes.

As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will take full ownership of requisitions and deliver best talent to Johnson Matthey.

Your goal / purpose will be to ensure partnering with hiring managers to define briefs, source candidates, and manage end-to-end recruitment. Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience while maintaining process compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned requisitions across the KL IT Hub and Nilai Manufacturing Plant.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles.
  • Source candidates through direct and indirect channels.
  • Screen, assess, and manage candidate pipelines.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes.
  • Ensure compliance with TA policies and systems.
  • Provide reporting and insights to TA Manager.
Requirements
  • Experience in IT, Engineering and Manufacturing is highly desirable.
  • Experience in recruitment delivery.
  • Knowledge of sourcing, assessment, and offer processes.
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment systems.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in HR or Business.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple requisitions.
