A leading global manufacturer is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner in Kuala Lumpur to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements, sourcing candidates, and ensuring compliance with recruitment policies. Ideal candidates should have a degree in HR or Business, excellent communication skills, and experience in IT and Engineering recruitment. Competitive compensation, flexible working patterns, and a commitment to inclusivity are offered.
Coordinates and administers a variety of programs and activities across multiple HR areas for a small sized/junior employee population. Works in a fairly clear and defined internal environment of low complexity and is involved in common tactical local HR issues and processes.

As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will take full ownership of requisitions and deliver best talent to Johnson Matthey.
Your goal / purpose will be to ensure partnering with hiring managers to define briefs, source candidates, and manage end-to-end recruitment. Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience while maintaining process compliance.
