Job Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Selection.
  • Embark on a 3-month business unit rotation to gain firsthand knowledge of operational workflows, identify the traits of high performers, and tailor recruitment strategies for greater precision.
  • Design and implement structured talent selection frameworks — including standardized criteria, interview methodologies, and evaluation tools — that align with the company’s definition of top talent.
  • Develop competency-based scorecards, interview guides, and assessments to ensure fairness, consistency, and job-person fit.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process — from job posting, sourcing, and screening to interviewing, shortlisting, and offer negotiation.
  • Partner closely with department heads and hiring managers to ensure hiring efforts align with evolving business needs and workforce strategies.
Talent Lifecycle Management
  • Onboarding & Development:
    • Ensure smooth onboarding experiences through structured orientation and integration plans.
    • Collaborate with department heads and supervisors to identify skill gaps and future capability needs.
    • Design, plan, and propose relevant training programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Utilization:
    • Define, track, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in coordination with department heads.
    • Provide tools or systems (e.g. performance dashboards) to support ongoing monitoring.
  • Retention:
    • Organize engagement activities and develop retention strategies to support employees’ long‑term engagement as well as motivation boosting.
  • Termination:
    • Coordinate with HODs for performance-based terminations when necessary.
  • Provide HR guidance to every level of staff to ensure compliance and communication clarity.
Payroll Administration
  • Support timely and accurate payroll processing in line with statutory compliance.
  • Ensure accurate calculation of wages, deductions, claims, and contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Maintain up-to-date payroll records and liaise with relevant departments or external parties for audits and compliance.
  • Handle payroll-related queries and support employees with clarification on payslips and benefits.
Qualifications & Experiences Needed
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher is preferred; Diploma holders may be considered based on relevant experience.
  • Solid understanding of statutory requirements and payroll management practices.
  • Proficient in computer applications and HR systems (Infotech).
  • Familiar with core HR practices, particularly in talent management.
  • Interest in sales management and cross‑functional exposure.
  • Highly action-oriented, diligent, and able to perform under pressure.
  • Willing to learn from top performers, proactively seek feedback, and apply learnings in practice.
  • Open mindset with a strong willingness to participate in on‑ground business activities.
