Our client is one of the top beauty brand in the market. They are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to strengthen their hiring capabilities, especially for senior/critical roles. This role requires someone who can headhunt strategically, tap into talent from top-tier FMCG brands, and partner closely with hiring leaders to deliver quality hires fast while also driving employer branding and recruitment marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end recruitment for senior, niche, and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to deeply understand hiring requirements, role expectations, and team structure.
  • Execute market mapping, competitor talent identification, and proactive headhunting—especially from leading FMCG/beauty brands.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn sourcing, networking, referrals, and targeted search strategies.
  • Driving strategic hiring plans, prioritization, and recruitment reporting.
  • Lead in employer branding and recruitment branding projects.
  • Improve candidate experience and hiring efficiency by recommending process enhancements and best practices.
  • Ensure hiring practices align with internal policies, timelines, and quality expectations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to headhunting / direct sourcing for senior roles.
  • Strong track record hiring from or competing against big brands (FMCG / Beauty / Retail / Consumer brands preferred).
  • Hands-on in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job platforms) and skilled in talent mapping and outreach.
  • Strong stakeholder management—able to influence, advise, and align with multiple departments.
  • Experience contributing to or leading employer branding / recruitment marketing initiatives is a strong plus.
