A prominent recruitment firm in Kuala Lumpur seeks a recruitment specialist to assist with full-cycle recruitment processes, stakeholder management, and recruitment documentation. The ideal candidate should have 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in retail or FMCG sectors, and must possess strong communication and management skills. The role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can work independently to meet the dynamic hiring needs of various functions.
Assist in full cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding.
Assist in job posting and candidate sourcing.
Screening candidates, conduct pre-screening call.
Support mass hiring and walk-in interview.
Support TA Manager in all recruitment initiatives.
Act as point of contact for hiring managers and stakeholders.
Understand hiring needs, role requirements and timelines.
Provide regular recruitment status updates and manage expectations.
Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback follow-up.
Support in preparing and maintain recruitment trackers (vacancies, hiring status).
Support to generate weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
Assist in preparing offer letters.
Ensure proper documentation for audit compliance.
Adhere to SOPs and approval workflow.
3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
Exposure in retail/FMCG is added advantage.
Proven track record hiring across multiple functions and levels.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
