Job summary

A digital marketing company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a client engagement specialist to provide digital advertising solutions through outbound calls. You will educate clients on online marketing benefits and build strong relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction. Candidates must have at least 1 year of relevant experience and excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese/Chinese. Responsibilities

Engage with clients via outbound calls to provide tailored digital advertising solutions.

Educate clients on the benefits of online marketing to help them reach their business goals and maximize profit.

Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding marketing needs, recommending suitable campaign strategies, and ensuring long-term satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal team to enhance client performance and campaign success.

Assist in the creation and implementation of campaign strategies, including keyword research and analysis.

Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time, within your scope of employment, to support the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of sales or digital marketing or advertising experience, preferably in outbound selling.
  • Customer service candidates with high call volume experience who are interested in transitioning to sales are encouraged to apply.
  • Must possess at least a bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Cantonese/Chinese, as this role supports clients from Hong Kong/Tai Wan.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
