Responsibilities

• Contribute to Chugai OneT&E implementation project as SME.
• Assess compliance of employee expense claims accurately.
• Document compliance assessment activities in concur.
• Escalate issues and recommend resolution plans.
• Support the preparation of reports and training material.
• Make recommendations to Global Lead for process improvements.
• Perform user testing activities and develop compliance checklist.
• Maintain communication with local Japan affiliate.
