Responsibilities
  • Maintain proper documentation for IT systems, procedures, configurations, and inventories.
  • Provide day-to-day IT services and system administration support to the Company to ensure smooth business operations and compliance with established IT policies and procedures.
  • Support the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end-user devices, servers, and network systems, including diagnosing basic hardware and software issues.
  • Assist in maintaining the Company’s IT infrastructure to ensure systems are operating efficiently and reliably.
  • Coordinate and support hardware and software installations, upgrades, and replacements, including assessing potential impacts on existing systems.
  • Assist in monitoring IT assets, including tracking hardware and software inventory and supporting basic purchasing processes when required.
  • Support routine IT security tasks, including assisting with scheduled security diagnostics for the Company website and reporting any identified issues to the relevant parties.
  • Provide basic support for office IT-related equipment such as firewall, switches, CCTV, printers, and PA systems to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for IT support, maintenance, and procurement matters under guidance.
  • Provide basic IT assistance and guidance to employees on software and hardware usage.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain IT documentation, user guides, and basic tutorials for internal reference.
  • Prepare routine reports and documentation as required by superiors.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with Information Security policies and promptly report any suspected breaches to the relevant parties.
  • Support IT audit activities and assist in follow-up actions based on audit findings.
  • Perform regular data backup activities and ensure backup records are properly documented.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Network Security.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in IT support, system administration is preferred. IT documentation experience is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and IT infrastructure.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with users and vendors.
