Job Responsibilities :

  • Document support activities, incident resolutions, and system changes.
  • Generate reports on system performance, incident trends, and support metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to payment gateway services, merchant integrations, web applications, and backend scripts.
  • Debug and analyze scripts written in PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, jQuery, Vue.js, MySQL, and MariaDB, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation for integration processes and configurations.
  • Guide merchants through technical integration, ensuring smooth onboarding and proper usage of APIs and SDKs.
  • Troubleshoot merchant-reported issues, including API calls, scripts, and payment processing errors, and provide technical expertise to resolve integration roadblocks for successful deployments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Must be able to work at the i-City Shah Alam office.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Support Specialist or in a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple support tasks, incidents, and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
