Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer requirements and design end-to-end system integration solutions (servers, storage, virtualization, cloud, etc.).
  • Prepare technical proposals, solution diagrams, and bills of materials (BOMs).
  • Conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) and demos to validate solutions.
  • Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and present solutions.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
  • Act as a trusted partner, building long-term relationships with clients.
  • Work closely with sales teams to support RFP/RFI responses and create detailed technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with post-sales team and partners to ensure solution feasibility.
  • Liaise with vendor partners to align solutions with best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance during transition to post-sales teams.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies in servers, storage, cloud, virtualization, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
  • Provide competitive insights and positioning strategies.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of servers, storage, virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and enterprise networking.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions (endpoint protection, identity management, etc.).
  • Experience with system integration projects across multiple vendors (Dell, HPE, Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, Fortinet, etc.).
  • Ability to keep up with the latest technology trends.
  • Ability to understand the customer's industry, business model and issues and propose how to transform technology into value.
  • Skills for collaborating with cross‑functional teams and creating proposals and presentations.
  • A perspective that resonates with management, such as ROI and cost reduction.
  • 5+ years of experience in system engineering or presales roles.
  • Hands‑on experience with major vendors (DELL, HPE, Lenovo, Azure, AWS, VMware, Hyper‑V, Veeam, etc.).
  • Background in system integration or enterprise system projects.
  • Certification: Microsoft Azure/AWS certifications, VMware VCP, HPE or Dell certifications, or equivalent are a plus.
