A leading educational technology provider in Malaysia is seeking a System Implementation Specialist to coordinate school implementations effectively. Responsibilities include engaging with stakeholders for approvals, creating training materials, and delivering impactful training sessions. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, is hands-on with onboarding, and has experience in documenting processes. Duties will also involve liaising across teams for project updates and ensuring timelines are met.
What you will be doing (Key Responsibilities):
Coordinate and execute school implementations
Prepare school data and required artifacts, track readiness, and drive tasks to completion.
Visit or liaise with schools to unblock issues and ensure timelines are met.
Carry out site acquisition and approvals
Engage with school stakeholders, address questions, and secure sign‑offs for deployments.
Build clear, useful technical content
Create SOPs, how‑to manuals, training decks, datasheets, flyers, posters, and troubleshooting guides.
Keep documentation organized, versioned, and up to date for repeatable use.
Deliver training that sticks
Plan and run quarterly training for internal staff; capture feedback and improve curricula.
Be the cross‑functional bridge
Liaise with product, engineering, operations, and partner teams to gather accurate information and share updates.
Attend meetings, prepare concise reports, maintain status trackers, and communicate risks and next steps.
What do we need from you (Job Requirements):
Clear communicator who can translate technical info into simple steps for non‑technical audiences.
Hands‑on approach to onboarding and approvals with schools or similar stakeholders.
Experience (or strong aptitude) in creating SOPs, manuals, and training materials with a polished, consistent style.
Bonus: familiarity with education technology implementations, basic data handling in spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
Working rhythm:
Daily/weekly/monthly: implementation coordination, site acquisition, stakeholder communications, documentation updates.
Weekly/monthly: cross‑functional syncs, reports, and training preparation.
Quarterly: internal staff training programs and content refreshes.
