Job description

Develop and execute system architecture that aligns with MYNIC’s strategic business goals.

Collaborate with the Product Strategy team to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Identify and prioritize Product Backlog Items (PBIs), plan implementation using Agile methodology to ensure timely and valuable delivery.

System Design & Integration

Design the overall architecture and ensure seamless integration of various system components.

Define how systems communicate and work together to create a unified tech ecosystem.

Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and convert them into scalable technical designs.

Technical Leadership

Provide direction and guidance to the DevOps team, establishing best practices and development standards.

Lead the team technically, fostering innovation, performance, and excellence in system development and delivery.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Engage with internal stakeholders (Product Strategy, PEC, CCD) to define project scope, timeline, and deployment plans.

Assist stakeholders during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure requirements are met.

Documentation

Ensure clear and comprehensive technical documentation of the system architecture, design rationale, and business logic.

Maintain updated documentation to support development, implementation, and system maintenance activities.

Proactively identify technical risks and challenges, proposing solutions that support project goals and constraints.

Ensure systems are secure, stable, and reliable through careful architectural planning and risk mitigation strategies.

Quality Assurance & Testing

Guide the DevOps team in executing System Integration Testing (SIT), unit testing, and load testing.

Validate deliverables to ensure quality and alignment with business expectations.

Assist in debugging and troubleshooting to resolve system errors and enhance performance.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or similar, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in software development, with 2+ years in a lead role.
• Proven experience in building mobile apps (Android/iOS or cross-platform) and web back-end systems.
• Skilled in mobile UI/UX (React Native, Flutter, Kotlin, Swift, etc.).
• Strong skills in Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP) for hosting and databases.
• Understand scalable architecture and when to use microservices.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and basic DevOps (Docker, server setup).
• Strong problem‑solving and independent working ability.
• Agile project experience – from planning to sprint execution.
• Able to clearly explain tech topics to non‑tech stakeholders.
• Bonus: Experience leading a team or mentoring developers.
• Experience in fintech, e‑commerce, or rewards platforms.
• Experience in fintech, e‑commerce, or loyalty/rewards platforms is a strong plus. Familiarity with payment gateways, e‑wallets, or third‑party integrations (like maps, analytics, or push notifications) is an added advantage to help deliver a modern and seamless digital user experience.
