Job summary

A financial services provider in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced IT professional to lead H2H onboarding for corporate clients. Job description

H2H / Customer Onboarding

• Lead end-to-end onboarding of corporate clients onto H2H channels for payment, reporting, and data exchange.
• Configure secure file transfer channels via Axway RFT including folder setup, routing, protocols, and certificates.
• Work with clients to understand file structures, formats, validation rules, and integration requirements.
• Handle PGP encryption/decryption, certificate lifecycle management, and key rotation activities.
• Validate file formats (XML, flat files, CSV, payment file standards such as ISO20022) during onboarding.

Application / Workflow Support

• Support and maintain data workflows built on Informatica PowerCenter, including mappings, workflows, and schedules.
• Perform impact analysis, defect resolution, and enhancements related to H2H integrations.
• Troubleshoot batch failures, file processing issues, ETL jobs, and end-to-end data flow problems.
• Monitor JBoss EAP deployments, logs, and configurations.

Environment & Platform Management

• Work with Linux (RHEL) systems for job scheduling, shell scripting, automation, directory management, and permissions.
• Perform Oracle Database 19c data queries, debugging, validations, and performance checks.
• Coordinate with infrastructure teams on server setups, network connectivity, firewall rules, and SSL configurations.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with internal teams including security, infrastructure, development, and operations.
• Interact directly with corporate clients during onboarding phases for requirements, validation, testing, and go-live.
• Prepare documentation including solution designs, technical specifications, mapping sheets, onboarding guides, and SOPs.

Requirements

6–9 years of IT experience with at least 4+ years in H2H / data integration onboarding or production support.

Mandatory Skills

• Informatica PowerCenter – workflows, mappings, ETL debugging.
• Axway RFT – secure file transfer setup, routing, configuration.
• Oracle Database 19c – strong SQL for analysis and debugging.
• Linux (RHEL) – shell scripting, log analysis, job scheduling.
• Certificate Management – SSL certificates, PGP encryption, key management.
• XML / Payment File Formats – validation of payment files (ISO formats, XML, flat files).
• Client Onboarding Process – strong functional and technical understanding of H2H onboarding.
