About the Role

We are hiring a Supply Planning Advisor to join our client's fast-paced and collaborative supply chain team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating and executing finished goods replenishment and production plans, supporting seamless product flow across regional warehouses, and driving supply planning strategies using tools like Kinaxis Maestro and SAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute finished goods supply plans across regional warehouses using Kinaxis Maestro.
• Perform mid- to long-term supply network projections, identifying capacity constraints and recommending mitigation strategies for S&OP.
• Support DRP planners in addressing short-term supply constraints.
• Maintain and update planning master data (lead times, service levels, replenishment parameters) per global standards.
• Create and manage production plans across multiple sites based on demand forecasts and inventory targets.
• Conduct Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) to anticipate and resolve future bottlenecks.
• Monitor inventory to minimize excess stock and reduce obsolescence risk.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, deployment, and production planning.
• Actively participate in S&OE and S&OP processes by providing data-driven insights.
• Track and improve key performance indicators such as Inventory, IFOT, and DIFOT.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or aMBA or related postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
• 6–8 years of hands-on experience in supply planning in a high-volume or regional setting.
• Proven ability using planning tools like Kinaxis Maestro (highly preferred) and ERP systems such as SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or JDE.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management across cultures and regions.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Able to speak, read & write in English and any of this language (Mandarin, Thai, Japanese, Vietnamese) to support the mention market.
