Join Konica Minolta Business Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd as a Supply Chain Manager based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This full-time role is crucial in overseeing the end-to-end supply chain operations to support the company's growth and operational efficiency.
Manage the planning, implementation, and control of the supply chain to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of products and services.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies, policies, and processes to optimize inventory management, procurement, logistics, and distribution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, manage supplier relationships, and improve supply chain visibility and performance.
Monitor and analyze supply chain KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Lead and motivate a team of supply chain professionals to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in All Business Field.
3-5 of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing, transport or logistics industries.
Strong understanding of supply chain management, processes (warehouse operations), technologies and custom regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing supply chain teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in using supply chain management software and data analysis tools such as SAP Software.
