Job description
Responsibilities
  1. Create and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  3. Oversee the transportation, warehousing, and distribution of products to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  4. Manage inventory levels to balance supply and demand, reduce excess inventory, and minimize stockouts.
  5. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Analyze supply chain data to monitor performance, forecast demand, and make informed decisions. Produce products consumption reports and production costings.
  7. Lead and manage supply chain staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
  8. Ensure compliance with regulations and standards, and manage risks related to supply chain disruptions.
  9. Work closely with other departments (e.g., procurement, production, and sales) to align supply chain activities with organizational goals.
Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to coordinate with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Mandarin fluency preferred as role requires dealing with China clients.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in a fast‑paced environment; knowledge of medical device regulatory requirements is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in strategic thinking, problem‑solving, planning, and decision‑making.
