Job description
Supply Chain/ Logistic Order Processing Executive

The Order Processing Associate is responsible for end-to-end order fulfillment processes, including accurate entry of various order types (project, non-project, warranty, change, and re-orders) into Swing and Microsoft D365 systems.

This role ensures all required documentation is complete and works closely with Sales, Logistics, and Project teams to align technical specifications and delivery timelines with project schedules.

Key responsibilities include validating and tracking critical order milestones, coordinating shipments from factories to job sites, and supporting invoicing and supplier billing processes.

The Associate also handles warranty claims, ensures accurate data for financial reconciliation, and contributes to customer satisfaction efforts through survey coordination.

Additional duties include cross-functional support, knowledge sharing within the team, and participation in strategic projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a Supply Chain/ Logistic/ Business Admin

Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Good communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and Word; knowledge of Swing/D365 is a plus
