Summary

The Supply Chain Executive will oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods. This role involves managing procurement, inventory, logistics, and vendor relationships while adhering to company policies and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and manage all invoicing related to supply chain operations, ensuring invoices are accurate and match purchase orders and delivery receipts.

Coordinate the transportation of products, ensuring accurate selection of transport methods, routes, and delivery timelines.

Collaborate with logistics providers to ensure transportation costs are within budget and promptly resolve any transportation issues that arise.

Coordinate with warehouse teams to manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and timely restocking to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

Conduct regular stock checks and ensure inventory data aligns with system records.

Monitor and track customer orders to ensure on-time delivery, resolving any issues with order fulfilment.

Collect and analyse supply chain data, generating reports to support decision-making for management.

Monitor supply chain performance across various functions, proposing continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in logistics, supply chain management, international trade, or a related field.

At least 1-2 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the FMCG industry. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

Strong understanding of supply chain processes, particularly invoicing, warehouse management, and transport arrangements.

Proficient in using supply chain management software, Excel and SAP.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage relationships with third‑party logistics providers.

Detail‑oriented with problem‑solving abilities and a strong sense of urgency in addressing issues.
