A logistics and sales management company in Shah Alam is looking for a Sales Operations Assistant. Responsibilities include supporting sales activities, managing operational tasks, and coordinating with logistics. Responsibilities
- Sales support for daily operational activities. Monitoring the sales and order process.
- Manage day to day inbound & outbound activities, stock transfer activities and etc.
- Must also be able to work closely with the sales team to proceed purchase order, ensure smooth delivery
- Communicate with logistics party to ensure smooth operation
- Follow up with logistics company regarding delivery order status/progress
- Follow up shipment booking and status
- Collect, analyse and evaluate transportation fee
- Some task needed to involve or deal with others dept
- Assist superior in any ad-hoc task
Job Requirements
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business
- Administration/Operation/Supply Chain & Logistics Management, or equivalent.
- Any related field with 1 year experience.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
- Good command of Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia and any local dialect as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking colleagues
