Job Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day supply chain operations including order processing, stock monitoring, and delivery coordination.
• Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely replenishment and smooth workflow.
• Monitor inventory accuracy across warehouses and outlets, escalating urgent cases when required.
• Assist in analyzing supply chain data to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and minimize stock loss.
• Prepare reports and documentation for stock levels, lead times, and supplier performance.
• Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for promotions, recalls, or urgent product movements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements in supply chain processes.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain effectiveness.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with supply chain processes such as inventory management, warehousing, or distribution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis; ERP knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination abilities in English and Malay; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
