The Difference You Will Make

As a Supply Chain Executive, you’ll ensure the seamless flow of goods to support Lee’s mission of food equality, enabling millions to access affordable, quality food across Southeast Asia. By managing purchase orders, coordinating logistics, and optimizing inventory, you’ll drive operational efficiency. Leveraging tools like ERP systems and artificial intelligence, you’ll collaborate with forwarders, warehouse teams, and internal departments to maintain a robust supply chain, supporting both local and export operations.

You will:
  • Own end-to-end import & local procurement for frozen meat, chicken, seafood and dairy
  • Dealing with the largest F&B suppliers all around the world
  • Drive operational excellence using our modern ERP system and emerging AI tools
  • Work with forwarders, customs, warehouses and sales teams to deliver perfect on‑time performance
  • Play a visible role in cost optimisation that keeps food affordable for all
Who We Are Looking For
  • Mandarin speaker only (fluent in speaking) reading and writing will be added advantage
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related discipline
  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands‑on supply chain or import/export experience (FMCG or frozen food background is a strong advantage)
  • Fresh graduates with outstanding internships in import/logistics are welcome
  • Proven experience with customs documentation (K1, VHC, LKIM, meat/milk permits) is highly valued
  • Strong command of ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or similar) and advanced Excel
  • Natural problem‑solver who stays calm and decisive under pressure
  • Ready to travel within Malaysia or overseas when needed
  • Genuine passion for our vision of food equality
