  • Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively interact with internal teams and external partners.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid work environment based in Kulai, Johor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with supply chain software and systems is a plus.
Responsibility
  • Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to optimise efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply while minimising excess stock and obsolescence.
  • Coordinate logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Support the procurement process by sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships.
  • Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies to maintain quality and reliability.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales, marketing, and production, to align supply‑chain activities with business objectives.
