Duties and Responsibilities

In this role, you will report directly to the Finance and Commercial Director, with a dotted-line reporting to the Commercial Manager. As a finance business partner, you will collaborate closely with the Finance, Operations, and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless alignment across functions. You will be responsible for managing costing activities while driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business performance. A key aspect of this position is the ability to implement meaningful changes that create lasting value for the organization.

Principal Job Responsibilities
  • Act as Supply Chain Business Partner / Controller to Interactive Promoworks (IP) and Finance team to ensure efficient execution, recording and cost management in IP.
  • Co-Lead to rejuvenate the Warehouse Management System to be effective and efficient in control and visibility.
  • Review service costing and pricing.
  • Review and approve Month Billing by IP for Customer and InterCompany with approve Project Quotation.
  • Gatekeeper for Company SOP in inventories. This would cover Yearly Stock Count and Periodic Cycle Count.
  • Review and support the overall usage of warehouse efficiency usage cover active stock, stock cover, slow moving stock and propose solution to reduce Holding Stock / Cost.
  • Be a sounding board on potential impact of investment/project ideas and highlight risks and opportunities
  • Ad Hoc assignment
Academic Qualification(s)

Candidates must possess at least Graduate in CIMA / ACCA / bachelor’s degree in finance, Accountancy or equivalent.

Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s)
  • Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Business and at least 3-5 years' experience in a similar capacity in a Logistic environment added advantage.
