Requirements
  • Proficiency in data entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience in processing sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices efficiently.
  • Ability to coordinate logistics activities, including scheduling shipments and tracking deliveries.
  • Strong administrative support skills, including managing files, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with supply chain management principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate data entry for all supply chain activities, including inventory levels, orders, and shipments.
  • Process purchase orders and sales orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  • Coordinate logistics activities, including arranging transportation, tracking shipments, and resolving any delivery issues.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the supply chain team, including preparing reports, managing documentation, and handling correspondence.
  • Monitor inventory levels and proactively identify potential stock shortages or overstock situations.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of import documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for all supply chain related documents, both physical and electronic.
