  • Develop and implement supplier quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular audits to maintain quality standards.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with suppliers to ensure alignment on quality requirements.
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
  • Work closely with the Engineering & Manufacturing team to ensure product specifications are met.
  • Support new supplier qualification and onboarding processes.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholders.

A successful Supplier Quality Manager should have:
