Job summary

A leading manufacturing firm based in Johor, Malaysia, is looking for a Quality Management Specialist. The individual will perform incoming inspections, handle quality issues, develop inspection documentation, and manage supplier quality status. Candidates should have at least a diploma or degree in a relevant field, proficiency in Malay and Mandarin, and one year of experience in quality management. Meal subsidies are offered, and additional benefits will be shared during the interview process.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct incoming inspection of various materials and manage quality abnormalities.

  • Statistically track quality status and improvements in supplier materials.
  • Prepare for customer-related audits.

Job Description
  1. Incoming inspection of various materials and handling of quality abnormalities & corresponding to suppliers
  2. Development of documents related to incoming inspection and handling of incoming anomalies
  3. Quality status statistics, abnormal handling, and tracking improvement of supplier incoming materials and production lines
  4. Response and preparation for customer related audits
Other Requirements
  1. Priority given to having work experience directly related to suppliers, proficient in spoken language, and strong written expression ability (English or Mandarin)
  2. It is preferable to have experience in quality management in the factory
  3. Master the SQE/IQC workflow, possess excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills
  4. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, able to withstand work pressure
  5. Proficient in Office software [Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook]
