Responsibilities:
- Implement relevant policies, procedures, and instructions as required by the Eco World.
- Plan, schedule, and execute product quality assessment activities across construction stages.
- Assist the Regional GQA Lead in the daily implementation of product quality control measures.
- Conduct site inspections focused on product quality to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and QLASSIC requirements.
- Identify non-conformities and collaborate with the Project Implementation / Project Planning & Design team and contractors to develop and monitor corrective action plans.
- Maintain comprehensive and organized documentation of inspection results, non-compliance reports, and rectification records.
- Collect and analyse data to support continual improvement initiatives in quality processes.
- Provide regular feedback to the GQA Leads, recommending improvements to enhance quality outcomes and minimize rework.
- Support QLASSIC readiness by assisting in mock assessments and coordinating relevant documentation.
- Participate actively in quality meetings, contributing insights based on field observations.
- Organize and assist in training sessions and awareness programs related to quality and QLASSIC standards for site personnel and contractors.
- Participate in Third Party Quality Assessments (e.g., QLASSIC) and serve as an Assessment Guide when required.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by immediate superiors or senior management.
Education & Certification:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction discipline.
- Certification from CIDB or other relevant construction regulatory authorities.
- Valid QLASSIC Assessor certification is highly preferred.
- Expertise in implementation and auditing of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and QLASSIC CIS:7 standards.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and site safety protocols.
- Proficient in using quality checklists and reporting tools for effective quality management and documentation.
- Excellent observation and reporting skills with attention to detail.
- Strong analytical abilities, with experience preparing reports and presentation materials.
- Effective coordination and communication skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across site operations.
- Proactive mindset toward ensuring quality assurance.
- Basic knowledge of document control and quality tracking systems.
