Meet the team:

Responsible for day-to-day execution of chemical laboratory, ensuring efficient preparation, analysis, and management of chemical solutions while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Providing support in setting up the in-process testing line with the chemical solution prepared and ensuring zero setup error. Support other engineering activities that focus on improvement in safety, quality, delivery and cost.

Where you come in:
  • You will supervise and execute the preparation, testing, and analysis of chemical solutions to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with specifications.
  • You will ensure adherence to safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous chemicals in compliance with OSHA, and other relevant regulations.
  • You collaborate with cross functional teams generally (Engineering, Manufacturing and QA) and US Solution Manufacturing team specifically to support the improvement and implementation focusing on wet solution preparations and perform checking to determine its quality.
  • You manage a team of Manufacturing Associates within a shift.
  • You manage inventory and supply to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
  • You are required to work any shift, including weekends.
  • You will direct day-to-day oversight and planning of work for the operations.
  • You can assume and perform other duties as assigned.
What makes you successful:
  • You have previous leadership experience in a fast-paced, regulated production environment.
  • You are familiar with MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • You can write routine reports, pass downs and correspondence.
  • You are familiar with standard laboratory practices, specifically mixing and handling hazardous chemicals.
  • You have excellent communication (written and verbal) and personal interaction skills.
  • You are well-organized, experienced in Good Documentation Practice (GDP) and able to comfortably work in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have good learning attitude, teamwork spirit and work under pressure.
  • You have ability to finish the task assign within timelines and meet deadlines.
