Supervisor/Barista@ Bask Bear Coffee Suria KLCC
- To brew coffee or tea and to serve the drinks to customers
- Ensure every drink serves to customers are made with passion and have the highest quality standards by following the right SOP
- Able to explain all Bask Bear products clearly to customers, and to promote/upsell the products at all times
- Manage cash registers and handle daily financial transactions accurately.
- Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils
- Assist in food preparation by following standard recipes
- Assure the cleanliness and sanitization of all work areas such as countertops.
- Arrange for ovens and cooking ranges to be set at proper heat levels.
- Place prepared dishes and platters on trays to make them ready for serving.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen floors, ovens, and other cooking equipment periodically.
Job Scope Supervisor:
- Create employees’ schedules to ensure efficient operations
- Supervise and train staff to ensure they adhere to established standards of service and professionalism
- Assist in execution of the strategic planning including outlet food costs control, stock take and stock ordering
- Oversee daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level
- Basic knowledge in kitchen and F&B related is preferred
- Basic English will be an advantage
- Able to work extra hours & on Public Holidays
- No health issue/critical illness
- For Supervisor, at least 1 year of experienced as Team Lead or Crew Leader will be added advantage.
