What you’ll be doing

Oversee the daily operations of the childcare, ensuring the highest standards of care, safety and educational activities are maintained.

Manage and mentor a team of childcare professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Develop and implement engaging educational programmes and activities that stimulate the children’s cognitive, physical, social and emotional development.

Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates on the children’s progress and address any concerns.

Collaborate with the centre management to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.

What we’re looking for

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a childcare.

Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or a related field.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.

Thorough understanding of childcare regulations, policies and best practices.

Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and educational programmes.
