The successful candidate will be a key stakeholder in the Customer Care Centre, providing technical expertise and support for supply-related issues. Job Description:
You will be part of the Supply Engineering and will contribute as a key stakeholder of the Customer Care Centre in the resolution of supply related topics (A/C structural parts, systems, tooling) to better support, satisfy and retain our customers. Your technical expertise and advice will be used to enable the best possible supply solution for the customers and to a variety of stakeholders. Your main stakeholders are Customer Care Centre (Daily & Major Repairs), Satair, PMRS. You will give cross-programme and cross-natco support in conjunction with the Supply Engineering team, ensuring multi-ATA competence.
