What you’ll be doing
Strategic Planning & Implementation
  • Lead and support the design, development, and rollout of corporate strategies, annual business plans, and organisational scorecards.
  • Analyse internal and external healthcare trends to support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Track and report progress of strategic initiatives across departments.
Organisational Performance Monitoring
  • Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and performance frameworks.
  • Identify risk areas, operational gaps, and propose corrective strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with MOH, panel providers, internal functions, and key partners to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Prepare high-level briefs, presentations, and reports for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Research & Policy Analysis
  • Conduct benchmarking and policy analysis related to public health programmes (PeKa B40, Skim Perubatan Madani, etc.).
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance programme effectiveness.
Project & Change Management
  • Lead cross-functional strategic projects from initiation to implementation.
  • Drive change-management efforts for new processes, technologies, or organisational structures.
  • Track project milestones, risks, and progress, while ensuring compliance with governance standards.
What we’re looking for
