This role focuses on partnering closely with clients as a trusted advisor, providing market insight, and managing senior-level and critical hires end to end.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients to understand leadership, specialist, and strategic hiring needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing talent market insights and recruitment strategy guidance.
  • Manage end-to-end executive search assignments, from role briefing and sourcing through to assessment and offer management.
  • Identify, engage, and assess senior-level candidates through targeted search and professional networks.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and senior talent pools.
  • Ensure a discreet, high-quality, and professional experience for all stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 3–7 years’ experience in recruitment, executive search, or talent advisory (agency or consulting background preferred). Candidates with industry experience seeking a career change are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong stakeholder management and consultative communication skills.
  • Proven ability to assess senior-level talent and manage complex searches.
