Job summary

A logistics and supply chain company is seeking an individual in Malaysia to assist in managing daily orders and executing the delivery of stocks to customers. You will be responsible for liaising with transporters, updating records in the Warehouse Management System, and addressing customer inquiries. Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supply chain, warehousing, and logistics experience.
• Possess practical training in transportation delivery duties.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling daily orders and executing delivery of stocks to customers.
• Liaise closely with transporters and delivery agents.
• Update records in Warehouse Management System.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer enquiries and complaints.
• Perform inventory updating activities as scheduled.
• Support overall warehouse logistics issues.
