Job summary

A technology solutions provider in Penang is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead business development and manage the sales team. Key responsibilities include executing sales strategies, managing customer accounts, and driving revenue growth through collaborative solution selling. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in engineering or related fields, preferably with experience in the E&E or semiconductor industries. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with partners in the SEA/APAC markets are essential.

Qualifications

  • Experience in E&E or Semiconductor industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong technical sales experience in SEA/APAC markets is an advantage.
  • Understanding of machine vision or industrial automation solution selling is a plus.
  • Experience working with Japanese MNCs or familiarity with Japanese business culture is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Drive business expansion by building relationships with partners.
  • Manage key customer accounts with professionalism and technical understanding.
  • Oversee hiring, training, and performance management of Sales Representatives.
