Job description

A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is typically required.

Proficiency in quantity surveying techniques such as measurement, cost estimation, and tendering.

Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders including clients, contractors, and consultants. Capable of preparing clear and concise reports, presentations, and technical documents.

Analytical mindset to assess costs, risks, and project requirements. Strong problem‑solving skills to address challenges related to cost management, procurement, and project delivery.

Knowledge of Malaysian construction laws, regulations, and industry standards. Awareness of health, safety, and environmental considerations in construction projects.
