Job summary

A manufacturing firm in Johor, Malaysia, seeks an experienced individual to handle the coordination of purchase orders and forecasts. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of ERP systems. You will be responsible for generating reports, ensuring compliance with orders, and effective communication with customers. This role requires a solid command of English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years' related working experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ERP module is compulsory.
• Able to work independently and effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customer to receive Forecast and Purchase Order.
• Validate Forecast and Purchase order to record in ERP System.
• Ensure all Purchase Orders received have no price discrepancy.
