Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or merchandise financial planning within retail.
• Strong command of financial metrics: sales, margin, markdown, GMROI.
• Experience managing OTB and forecasting cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop seasonal and annual merchandise financial plans covering sales and inventory.
• Lead monthly forecasting of sales, margin, and inventory based on performance.
• Analyze performance across categories and provide actionable insights.
