Job summary

A leading logistics company in Malaysia is looking for a Fresher Supervisor HR Business Partner to work closely with business leaders in designing and delivering strategic HR solutions. The successful candidate will support talent retention and succession planning, and act as a change champion within the organization. This role requires strong business acumen, effective communication skills, and a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, along with relevant experience in HRBP functions.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in an HRBP or similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage change and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Build and strengthen the strategic relationship between HR and business leadership.
  • Manage succession planning and talent retention for key leaders.
  • Act as a change champion for the business unit.
